"The showerhead was repaired, but as the technician was putting it back together, he accidentally broke a gasket. He then went back to his warehouse and brought me a brand new showerhead at no extra cost. THAT is how you keep a customer happy. Will definitely use this company again."

"We are so glad to have found this company! Specifically, AnTori Brown provided excellent, prompt, professional service. He went above and beyond by locating a hard-to-find air handler to repair our AC the next day. Throughout, he maintained communication in a professional and very respectful manner. He didn't upsell or falsely claim we needed unnecessary repairs or equipment, and pricing was very reasonable. There ARE still honest, hardworking professionals out there! We definitely recommend him and will use Strategic Heating and Air for future HVAC needs."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Tim was outstanding. He called before arriving. He took a look at our system and made the necessary repairs. He also provided general maintenance to our water treatment system. Tim quickly assessed the problems and was very professional throughout the time he was here. I highly recommend this company for water treatment needs."

"Matt is the first one who called me right away. I had tried to contact 2 other companies that were not taking any new clients or too busy. Matt came the next day to replace all filters in our office and showroom in 10min! He was very professional and super helpful!"

"Service was excellent. Called while sweating on a 97 degree day and they squeezed us into an already busy schedule. Problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired. Would highly recommend."

"Superior service. Prompt, efficient, willing to work around crazy circumstances. I would recommend to everyone!"

"Hired for annual maintenance on HVAC. Quick response to request, very friendly and did fantastic work. Caught a failing capacitor before it became a huge issue and was well prepared to replace the part immediately. I was a bit surprised at the price, which seemed higher than I'd paid in the past (in particular for the maintenance/cleaning portion of the bill). But overall they did a wonderful job and were very pleasant to work with."

"Our motor burned out the week before Christmas during the night. I called Alpine and the serviceman was at our home the next morning.
He determined the problem, let us know the cost and the part was ordered immediately. He installed the part as soon as it came in. We have been standing customers with Alpine and the prior HVAC company with a service plan. We appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility. R Hall Durham

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.
