"First off, the consult was great. I was able to add services to my initial request and received a deal doing so. I also added a second set of services later that month. Adam and Steve completed the work and were completely professional and super efficient. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the work being performed. They worked with my schedule and were fantastic. I had a gas hook-up for a change from electric stove to gas stove - they even took care of the permits and inspection. They removed an old water access point for the fridge's icemaker that was in an awkward spot. They also added a regulator for the water pressure and water filtration system. Fantastic work all around. Should we need any more plumbing/gas work, I would definitely hire them again."

"Derek and DG Heating and Cooling is the service company that we all hope to find, but so rarely can. With D&G I got the real deal -- a company that knows their trade and gets the job done quickly and at a fair price. What a pleasure to NOT get the hard sell at an inflated price, pitched by a hired marketer with little knowledge (which is exactly what I got at two of the other, also highly-rated, AC service companies in the area)!"

"We had a major problem with our A/C and we contacted Kero. We were very satisfied with the service quality, response, honesty, punctuality and cost. A few months later, we contacted him for our Heating system maintenance. And as usual he did a very professional service. We highly recommend Kero for any HVAC services you might need."

"Prompt and focused on the job."

"Could not be happier with the install of our new propane system. They were very easy to work with Quinn answered all my questions Doug and Bernie and I forget the other guys name were a pleasure to have in my house. They did the work and the Quoted amount of time. They handled all the inspections and permits with the town. Extremely happy with the level of service and would recommend to anybody looking for heating needs. Edit from 2 years ago?. The company still has not picked up old water heater and boiler. Have called a number of times to get this done. Vicki is extremely unpleasant to deal with. Rude. Has zero phone skills. Should really look into finding a new person to answer the phones. She was basically yelling at me for asking, follow up questions. And when I I said, why are you yelling? She said so you would know if I was yelling at you. But she definitely was yelling. I really hope those phone calls are recorded. They?ve got their money. So obviously the customer service ha"

"Quality work, fare price, good customer service."

"First time using Messina Heating & Cooling and we could not be happier with the results. Josiah was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He paid great attention to detail and took his time to explain everything. So nice to have an honest and dependable service technician. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend - will definitely be using them for all future HVAC needs."

"Eric was very responsive, quick and knowledgeable and most importantly had extremely great competitive prices! Will be a long time customer!"

"Was able to quote a reasonable price on-site and do the work that day. We ran into issues with the connection and the pro, Dana, was very diligent in figuring out where the problem was and did not leave until he was sure everything was in working order, including the drainage. Very impressive. I will use them again."
