"The price was fair and reasonable. The installers came on time and explained the details of the project. The installer was professional and thorough. He came and prefabricated the new unit to minimize down time without water and heat on day one. He moved the old boiler and plumbed the new one on the 2nd day. The installer called to coordinate time and date for the removal of the large antiquated unit. The removal went without incident, well planned and discussed amongst the team prior and during the removal process. To preface the next comment understand that I have a large house with multiple runs off the supply and return piping. A day or so later the evening weather changed to much cooler, we turned up the thermostat and the baseboards were cold, I sent Dana a message and Brian the installer was at my house before first light. He bleed out the piping and the unit instantly came to life working in perfect order. (It is not uncommon to get an air pocket in the lines when drained especially on a house with 4 levels and long runs of piping). I tell this in the review because Dana and his crew are indeed professional, I will be calling them back for future zoning and service of the unit. I recommend the Integrity Company with highest regard,"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
