"Chimney Chap did an excellent job replacing the termination cap on my Vermont Castings gas stove at a reasonable cost. The two technicians who performed the work were very professional and worked hard to overcome some unforeseen installation difficulties. From my initial e-mail to the installation of the cap, Chimney Chap was very responsive. Meanwhile, some other companies I contacted were unresponsive and less interested in performing a small installation project. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. It was so refreshing dealing with Bourque after dealing with six different HVAC contractors which I received several bids ranging from $3,800 to $14,000. I did hire Bourque to install our new gas furnace and a humidifier, their price was fair and after doing my homework Bourque had good references and are very reputable in our town. I was very impressed with all the staff that was very professional and courtesy. They did such a nice job at my home I highly recommended Bourque for my mother's home which they will be installing a new gas furnace and new air conditioning system within the next few weeks. My advice to anyone needing a heating or cooling system do your homework, Be sure get at least three (3) bids with detailed written proposals and check references from the contactor's current customers. Also go online to check for reviews or complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Anglies lists and even Google the Contractors name and address, you will be surprised with what information you will find.
