"Ken came out originally to do some duct cleaning but noticed that a lot of our supply and returns weren’t sealed properly with mastic (he showed us the areas that needed work). He came back out and sealed all the ducts, installed an air purifier and cleaned and sanitized all the ductwork. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Our A/C went out at 10pm and I made one phone call to Service Star they diagnosed the issue over the phone and told me what I needed to do in order to have our unit run efficiently overnight. Our coil was leaking and unit was frozen. Since our unit was 10 years old we opted to replace the entire unit including exterior and interior with new WiFi digital thermostat.
