"Working with HomeGenius was a mixed experience, but ultimately satisfactory. The sales rep, Liley, was personable and thorough in documenting the attic issues and providing quotes. However, I was put off by the company's approach to sign a contract on the spot to get the lowest pricing option and the lack of a detailed proposal that I could review on my own time. After some negotiation with Markus, we reached a reasonable agreement on the scope of work and pricing. During the installation, I appreciated the excellent communication from Dylan, who oversaw the shingle installation, and Omar, who managed the soffit and gutters. They kept me updated and promptly addressed my queries. There was a hiccup when the shingle installation crew failed to take final pictures upon completion, but after some follow-up, Omar arranged for has colleague to take the pictures. I also valued Omar's thorough inspection for debris. Overall, the roof, soffits, and gutters look fantastic."

"From Day 1 till the project was finished, Steve Johnston was stellar in his communication with me, answering questions with direct precise answers and follow-up was consistent and often. After Hurricane Milton damage, our roof was replaced and looks incredible. What I’m most impressed about is how he goes to bat for you, fights for you and deals with the insurance adjusters whom can be very reluctant to help a client fully. My experience with Supreme Window was excellent from the moment I called to get an estimate on replacing a broken window in the basement. I explained to Chris the situation and he was able to send a salesman to our house that night.  At this point, we had also decided to replace 2 very large windows in the bedrooms upstairs.  Albert showed up right on time and discussed the options with us which included very expensive laminate, which does not shatter when broken.  I was immediately interested in this for the bedrooms because there are very large trees behind my house and I am always concerned with them breaking the windows.  Albert took a look and explained that the laminate was not necessary b/c of the large overhang we have protecting the windows.  We really appreciated that he did not push a very expensive product on us.  In the end, we chose laminate for the basement, but that was totally our decision.  We took a chance based on the great reviews on Angies List and did not get other estimates since we were in a hurry to replace the broken window, so we signed a contract that night.  The windows were ready about 3 weeks later.  Chris called to let us know they were in last night, and we were able to have Eric come out today to install them!  The installation went very well and they took their time to make sure they were well caulked and in properly. They cleaned up afterward and also made sure we knew how to open/close/lock and lift off for cleaning.  There was one tear in a screen and they will be back tomorrow to get that screen replaced right away.  We are very pleased with the overall experience with Supreme Window and Door.

"My wife and I purchased our house about 18 months ago. Back in March of this past year, we discovered that the previous owner had concealed some rot in the exterior walls of the house that had come from a leak somewhere along the roof line. We were initially referred to Ben and his company by a friend of ours who he had done some previous work for. Ben came out, inspected the roof and determined told us he believed that the leak had been coming in around the chimney, but had been corrected by the previous owner.  We asked him at the time if he could handle repairing the wall, and he said that while they might be able to find a way to fix it, they were not comfortable taking the job because, not being framers, they did not want to take on the job and have to tell us later they could not complete it.  This actually very much impressed my wife and I, since most people we found to look at that project were more than happy to take the money even if they were not really qualified for the work.
Several months later, we started having water leaking into our house again, this time on the other side of the home. Given that we very much appreciated their honesty the first time, we called Ben and his company.  They came right out, rearranging their schedule to help us with the pool that was slowly forming in our bathroom. With the weather being extremely rainy, as well as other factors, Ben made several trips out to our home to ensure that they could accurately diagnose the problem. They discovered that while the primary problem was coming from a window we had recently had replaced, the company that had replaced the roof for the previous owner had cut some corners which was leading to all of the edges of the roof starting to rot. He took the time to actually take me and show me the problem and explain what caused it.  He gave us a few options, and in the end we decided to replace the roof to ensure we could fix the rot. Ben and his team came out on 17 July and were able to do all of the work needed in a day, including the pitched roof replacement, replacement of some of the gutters, repairs to a flat roof we have over an addition, and the installation of gutter toppers.  Additionally, our window company was supposed to come out on the same day to fix the window. When they did not show on time, Ben offered to fix the windows for us free of charge, if they didn't come by the end of the day just to make sure it was done right.
When the crew left, the property was spotless! And throughout the whole process, we had nothing but amazing service from Ben and the team. They go out of their way to explain everything to you and show you how and why they are doing what they are doing. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

"I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!

"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.
