"Called to see about getting an appointment. Actually said he could come over within an hour or two. Was very friendly and helpful. Turns out nothing serious needed to be worked on, just a few little adjustments. I was worried a couple things might need a few holes in the wall to fix. Did a few things I was too wary or stupid to try, but it seems like everything is good now. Well, other than the kitchen faucet which I will definitely be calling him to install for me when I get it. The visit charge was well worth it if only for my peace of mind and very much worth it since I know some people would have gone ahead and made those holes and maybe even done some unnecessary work. Thank you."

"I went with AEI based on reviews here. The crew was very professional and thorough, but I would not use again or recommend. They offered to shorten the gas line from the house (gas grill install), but it doesn't seem any shorter (inch at most) and they had problems replacing it. That caused them to drill several large holes. To be fair, they reported the challenge was on the original installer side. It certainly added to their time. FYI, they charge $50 for every 15 minutes worked over the 1hour covered in the 199 service call."

"Outstanding company. Highly recommend them. If I could, I would give them 10 our of 5. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, experienced, very careful, polite, and with excellent communication. I hired them to install Carrier performance 15 SEER single-stage, variable speed heat pump with Carrier programmable thermostat, UV light, new coolant and drain lines, and to do extensive duct work changing from 2 zones to a single zone. Their pricing was very good. Installation went perfectly. 1. Proposal. I had 7 other highly rated local companies give me proposals before Service Gurus. I was not impressed with any of them. Usually, a sales representative would come in trying to sell me either the cheapest unit, or the most expensive with useless accessories. One of them told me that Carrier was a piece of fecal matter and I just must install a Reem.. More than half of those representatives did not even bother to examine my ducts. The half of the ones who did could not even find all the zoning dampers. It was clear that those people never actually installed an AC or did any ductwork. Just simple salesman with limited knowledge. When Wade, the owner of the company, came in to give me his estimate, he spent 30 minutes in my attic examining the ductwork. He then sat down with me, listened to what my needs were, made suggestions without trying to sell me something that I would not need. He even drew the diagram of the duct system. I was very impressed with his knowledge and apparent experience. Also, when the AC was being installed, Wade was working with his crew. 2. Installation. The crew of 3 (including Wade) arrived on time. Communication was excellent. They consulted with me and kept me Informed every step of the way. Everything was installed perfectly. They worked 13 hours the first day and another 8 hours two days later. They cleaned, patched, painted and left everything in perfect condition. I was very impressed how thorough they were. I would definitely hire these guys again."

"I’ve used many cleaning services as well as single housekeepers throughout the years, & struggled to find one who didn’t let quality slip after the first few months. Well, I found them, & they are Jessie’s. I’ve truly never been happier & can’t say enough about the level of detail they reach - my husband even notices (! ?); the team is always polite, thorough, responsive, thorough, professional, thorough, sweet, thorough...you get the message. They are all the things on your “wish list” & then some! They always want me to check to see if anything was missed or if I want something done differently, but there never is anything missed & nothing ever has to be done differently. From baseboards to the insides of windows (on rotation) - & the insides & outsides of glass doors (!) - to washing down every kitchen cabinet to scrubbing my cooktop to like-new, to reaching every speck of dust, to even washing the glass I left in the sink (!!), my house really does SPARKLE after they’ve been here. Yes, this company is more expensive than others...but after all my decades on earth, I’ve learned that you really do get what you pay for. And with Jessie’s, that’s miles past any other housekeeping company out there. THEY ARE SOOOO WORTH THE PRICE! Oh! They can also do more! They can send someone to clean your carpets, help you move large items, get you ready for a garage sale, pressure wash, and on & on & on. Truly full-service.
