"I had originally called to have a line run for a gas stove and to a line to install a gas fireplace; the estimator informed me that the pipe that was in use was not the correct pipe and would have to be completely replaced. He gave me an estimate for the work and I went ahead and scheduled a service call to have the work completed. The guys that came out to do the work (Mike and Billy) were awesome! They were on time, reviewed the estimate with me and went over what I wanted done. Due to the amount of work that would have to be done to get the fireplace ready I removed that from the work to be done. They went out and purchased all the parts needed to complete the other work, completed the job, went over everything with me, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. They even moved the old oven out to the garage. My only 'complaint' is that Dan (the estimator) didn't break out the pricing for me. Would ask that to be done in the future."

"I’m so pleased to see the current glowing reviews for AR Basement Crack Repair. In 2016 we were preparing to list for sale a rental home in Livonia when we noticed water drainage on the basement floor and the realtor recommended we get the wall cracks repaired ASAP. I called several contractors and none could evaluate the problem for a week. When I called AR Crack Repair, the owner came that very evening, explained the cause and the needed repair, and on inspection, found another crack elsewhere in the basement that had been concealed with paint. Because of our urgent need, he came early the next morning (before his 1st scheduled appointment) to do the first step in the repair then returned that evening (after the drying) to complete the job. He did a great job, and met our urgent needs. The buyer’s inspector commented in his report the job was “appropriate & well done.” I had forgotten to complete a review until I was removing messages from my phone, so that’s why this review is tardy. We don’t live in Michigan anymore and don’t have a basement, but we were so pleased with AR’s responsiveness in accommodating our needs, I had to fulfill my promise to do a review."

"I'm very pleased. I had concerns about dust and fumes from the epoxy. The dust was minimal and fumes were not an issue at all. If I had to do it all over again, I'd set up a box fan with filters, as I've seen on YouTube, but even without that, the dust was not overwhelming. The workers arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and welcomed my checking in on them. When they went to lunch, they cleaned up their work area, (even put the toilet seat down in the basement bathroom), something I didn't expect at all. I had questions when they were at lunch, and the salesman got the answers I needed quickly. A couple of things I would change about this process: 1. After they were done, cleaned the area for the day, and put their equipment away, one of the workers invited me downstairs to approve their work. If I had not approved, it was a bit late for me to object as they were packed and ready to go. I suggest in the future the homeowner be asked for their approval before everything's packed up. Their work looked good, but this seemed like a manipulative tactic that wasn't appreciated. 2. The more experienced of the two workers explained early on that he needed to remove some insulation but assured me he'd put it back when he was done. When I saw that he'd not put it back, I mentioned it. He refused to put it back, saying "It doesn't matter". It was an odd way to end a perfect job up to that point. I was totally pleased with how everything was handled, and then that comment and behavior from him just put a bad taste in my mouth. That evening or the next day, I received a very nice gift from the company that was just a really nice touch. A couple of weeks later, we had heavy rains and I experienced water along the walls where the work was done. Within a week of me raising the concern, an arrangement for a technician to visit my home was made. I appreciate their prompt attention to the matter. I expect it's very simple like needing more epoxy at the base of the straps, so I decided to go ahead and submit this review. It's difficult to find trustworthy people to do work in your home. I'm very relieved I found a company that is totally worthy of that trust and highly recommend Acculevel. The work they did looks good and solid."
