Small jobs welcome

"Our experience with Shaylee was excellent and first rate. Shaylee is very knowledgeable, thorough and very helpful throughout the process. We had Shaylee evaluate the air quality in our home including some air sample tests. The entire process was smooth and Shaylee was always very responsive. From the first point of contact, it was very apparent that Shaylee is passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about her field of work and was always willing to explain the what and why of what she was doing."

Small jobs welcome

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

Customers say: Quality work

"If I could rate them 10 stars out of 5, I would! Patrick, Tyler and David were fantastic to work with - very professional, hard-working and trustworthy. They worked 2 weekends in a row (besides during the week) to get the job done. Two things that they did that the other companies that I looked at don't do is 1. Take before and after air samples to ensure that all the mold was removed. 2. Give us a letter of certification that all the mold was removed to show any future buyers of the house. Highly, HIGHLY recommended company!"

"It went smooth and thorough and he gave us the information we needed to know. I was wanting to schedule something soon and they were able to come out two days after I inquired their services! Cant beat that. We also got a phone call explaining everything that was found for the air quality test and where to go from there. All their help was very much appreciated."

FAQs for indoor air quality testing projects in Saint-paul, MN

You should test your home's air quality if you or your family experience health problems like allergies or respiratory issues, as these could be linked to indoor contaminants. Also, consider testing if you're concerned about mold, radon, carbon monoxide, or if you've recently had home construction, demolition, excavation, or remodeling that could have released chemicals into your indoor air.

An indoor air quality test typically takes one to three hours to complete. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report within two to 10 days. The evaluation includes comprehensive air sampling from all designated areas in your home. Your specialist will review the findings with you and provide clear guidance on steps to take if any issues are found, helping ensure your indoor environment meets health and safety standards.

A certified indoor air quality consultant or inspector is the right professional to perform your indoor air test. While some home inspectors have certifications, they often subcontract this specialized work to trained professionals with advanced tools. This expert will thoroughly evaluate air samples from every area in your home and clearly explain the findings to you. Be sure to confirm your tester's credentials before scheduling your service.
