"Donnie was great! Let me go further! My heating unit was under warranty, the company said they were not making the part at this time (middle of Aug) and said it would be 6 mths wait. Donnie would not leave it at that! He worked day and night contacting everyone he could! In the end he ended up getting me a whole new unit installed and his labor was a great price! "They never showed and never called. "I" called to reschedule on Wednesday 3/5/14; again no show ans no call that day or the next. "I" called Thursday eve and a woman called back with excuses about emergency calls they had! Rescheduled for 3/7/14 and they finally showed. |There is NO excuse in this day and age of cell phones NOT to call a client to let them know you won't be able to make the appt. |When you take off 3 entire days without pay to be at the appointment THEY made and they don't bother to show up or call...it's exactly why contractors have bad reputations. As a Christian company they are to conduct business differently than the world. ..not just like it! I'm sure if they had an employee who didn't show up or call in for a week they would no doubt have fired them....which is what I should have done! They did do the work, and were quick and polite....but I don't think I will use them again."
