He told us to call him if we had any questions. The bath tub drains great now. You can even hear the water draining down the pipe now! The blue (cold water) pipes and the red (hot water) pipes in the basement sure look a lot better than the rusty copper pipes. I had never seen red and blue pipes. The big rusty pipe that was replaced with the big white pipe looks great too!"

Explained everything he was doing and overall condition of A/C and HVAC. Was low on freon, he filled it for additional cost. Noticed leak at HVAC, discussed repair vs replacement options, was not pushy or trying to sell more product. Gave tips on maintenance and effieciency which were helpful. Will do business again. "Johnny arrived within the 1/2 hour timeslot and listened to my problems. He explained the knocking noise was a mild problem - just a missing pipe bracket, not water-hammer - and also explained what symptoms to look for if it got worse. He also fixed the toilet; it had an old and leaky valve that I didn't consider when I attempted to fix it earlier - and he did it really fast. Overall, his expertise was helpful - and I'm more comfortable knowing about the knocking noise without worrying about it. The cost wasn't bad either, if you're the type of person that appreciates expertise (it's nice to get in front of someone that knows what they're doing and learn from them). I spent about four hours attempting my first toilet fix, and would've taken another four for this one. I didn't even have to miss work and he did the toilet fix in about 15 minutes."

"At first the job seemed well done, and although a little pricier than we would have liked, we were pleased with it overall. Then noticed the flooring in the bathroom was wet. We thought that it was where the toilet had been set while work was being done, and thought nothing of it. Then the floor kept getting wetter. Upon opening the cabinet underneath the bathroom sink, found it filled with water - the work performed on the pipes had popped loose the drain connection and water was flowing from the drain into the cabinet for 3 days. So the majority of the water from the drain was ending up in the cabinet beneath the bathroom sink. We did some emergency repair over the weekend, and called WH first thing Monday morning.  <br /> The owner came out to look at the problem and the damage (including a warped floor). Said they had nothing to do with the problem, even going so far as denying that some of the work performed was done by their people. In essence called us liars. Refused to do anything to make up for their damage. <br /> <br /> <strong>**Update after reading the service provider's response of 5-19-15: </strong> <br /> <br /> We clearly explained to everyone we spoke with at Whitehead Hancock that we were doing a bathroom remodel, and that was why we contracted with them to replace the pipes. <br /> <br /> Had Whitehead Hancock come to check out the damage with an open mind, they would have found that replacing 4 small floorboards and an hour of their time would have kept us as a customer, and their reputation unblemished."
