"Great company! I met them at a home show and had them come out and give a bid on taking out my old heater and replacing with a heat pump and air handler. Jeremy came out and gave a very thorough bid with several options on compressor/air handler combo. We ended up choosing a middle of the line solution that was very competitively priced in comparison with the other bids we got. What sold me was their attention to customer service and the ratings they received. This was not a cheap system and I wanted someone who would stand by their work and work with us to our satisfaction. I am very pleased. The installer crew showed up on time and went right to work. They found some wiring issues and fixed them as well at no change to bid. They spent a long day but did it all as planned. They took the time to do a walkthrough on the electronic air cleaner and on setting up the new thermostat (it even has weather forecasts on it!) and operation of the system. Again, very happy with that touch. I am also planning on a yearly maintenance contract that extends the warranty of the system if I continue to use them (which I will) for up to ten years. Janice in the front office kept me well informed throughout the process as well, even scheduling inspections. This is a great company that listens to the consumer and does what they say they will. I Highly recommend them to anyone!!"

"Worked with Greenwood Heating and Air on a furnace replacement and only have excellent things to say about the company and team. Customer service, pricing, timeliness, thoroughness, and friendliness were top notch. Contacted them initially for an inspection of our 28-year old furnace. The technician Frej was prompt, thorough, and courteous, explaining in detail the issues we might face with this still working but old units. Based on the findings we reached out for a quote on a system replacement. Lori took diligent care in listening to our concerns and hopes for a new system, recommending systems that might work for our household. She was always available for follow-up questions, providing answers that really helped us decide on getting a new system (Trane XC80 furnace with air scrubber) via Greenwood H+A. Prices were fair, on par with expectations and quotes from other businesses. On the day of the install, the team at Greenwood H+A, including Jake, Jordan, and Jason were very flexible, coordinating with the roofing company we had hired to take down our chimney and replace with a vent, to get the project moving on time. They were all very communicative, which we appreciated, and gave us regular updates on the progress. They finished what seemed like a big job within the day, despite the install occurring in our cramped crawl space. Our house is now toasty warm again with a great new furnace and all the bells and whistles. "When Airpros installed our central air a few years ago, I got a quote for a tankless water heater. We waffled on it for a long while, but our old one was getting kind of flaky. When I got back in touch, Mark honored the existing quote despite a slight price increase in the water heater. They came on the day stated, installed the new water heater, and removed the old. They left no mess and were done when they said they'd be. This is exactly how all home improvement jobs ought to go!"

"Rob came out to review our existing system and helped us figure out what kind and brand of heat pump would work best with our system. He was very patient and informative, and answered all our questions without any pressure or up-sells (we had quotes from five providers). We signed the contract and payed our deposit in June 2021, but unfortunately global supply chain issues delayed the parts being received. Day & Nite were communicative of the issue and offered several alternatives, including a refund of the deposit. We opted to wait for the parts. It took four months, but the techs (lead by Jeff B) were fantastic and very accommodating in how we wanted piping and wiring routed. We are very pleased with how it's turned out and loved working with a local (and family owned!) company! Our gas water heater is due for replacement soon, and we'll be coming back to Day & Nite for that!"

"Not smoothly. We selected Blue Flame because they were cheaper than Greenwood Heating & Air, and they could do the work immediately, while Greenwood had a waitlist several weeks long (should have been a clue). If I had to summarize the experience I would say communication was poor, requiring me to project manage the replacement more than I wanted to. Half the time you tried to call the office, they wouldn't pick up and you were passed onto an answering service who would ask you a list of generic questions like "Where did you hear about Blue Flame" and "Are you interested in purchasing a system?"... I've already purchased a system that I'm trying to finish having installed!!! The actual instillation took longer than they predicted, and while I appreciated the workers staying late into the night to work on the project, they didn't come prepared with all the equipment to do the work. They needed to borrow my extension cord because they didn't have one, and ended up plugging into the outlet in our backyard without asking, leaving our yard gate wide open. Fortunately our dog didn't escape before the open gate was noticed several hours later. They also helped themselves to items from our garage without asking, like our broom to sweep up their trash and debris. Lastly, and possibly most serious, the workers who were installing the system in our house were constantly pulling down their Covid masks when they thought we weren't around, and would scramble to pull them back up when they saw us. Bottom line, I probably got a good price on the unit and work, but it's not a very polished or professional company, so fingers crossed that everything was installed properly and will work for years to come."

"This company is legit when it comes to air and heating repairs. It was them that I was able to hire for my unit's issue, and I was glad that they forwarded me its masterful technician to do it. A very dependable technician who amazingly performs the task and finishes it within an hour. Fast forward a year later and I want to add a heat pump to my home and the same technician came out and quoted me and excellent price, I could not say no and went ahead and let him and his installers install a new heat pump so I can efficiently run AC and Heat in my home.
