"Dustin and Troy came to our new house in Weiser to inspect our roof and talk about its condition and what we might do or not do. They showed up on time, which made me happy. They seemed to be polite and energetic young men. They explained what they were going to do and then they did it. After inspecting the roof, they came inside crawl through the attic taking pictures. They told us what they found and what we needed to do if we want toâ no pressure, no gimmicks, and so far no problems. We decided to replace the roof, so Dustin took us through the whole process of what, when, how much, and did it with a smile! Troy was there to keep Dustin in line and make sure he got it right. Both men were pleasant to work with, and fun to talk to. They seemed to know their business, and as I have been in construction most of my life, I was happy."

"I located Marblecare of San Diego while searching Angles List. I decided to consider them because of their high rating and positive reviews. We wanted to get an estimate on cleaning and sealing granite counter tops and walls in our kitchen. Joe the owner, returned my call within a few hours, came over to our home the next day to provide an estimate and performed the work two days later.to deal with individual. He was very meticulous and explained exactly what he was going to do before starting the work. He finished the work in a few hours and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was completed. Time will tell how his work stands up over time. However, I am sure if any problems develop, or a touch up is needed, he will come back to resolve the issue. Based on my experience with Marblecare this week I would consider using them again."

"I found Superior Stucco through Angie's list.  To start with, in all of my over 65 years, I have never dealt with a better company.  The salesman, Russell Jenkins, came out and immediately said something like we can give your house a new face lift and make it more modern.  He was 100% correct.  He was honest,courteous, professional and made great suggestions that we could have never thought of.  After we agreed on a price, the owner, Pavel, came out and personally went over our needs and made some additional excellent suggestions.  Both men gave great advice while still considering our desires and concerns.  Pavel was also extremely hands on, visiting our project several times to ensure that everything was proceeding to our full satisfaction.  The foreman, Hugo, like his bosses was courteous, personable, professional and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.  His work was simply expert, as he is an amazing craftsman.  His assistant Martin and Robert (the painter) were equally amazing.  They were very prompt and always cleaned up after themselves.  The project is complete and our is looks unbelievably better and beautiful.  I simply cannot say enough good things about the company and its employees.  They are just the best and we now go outside frequently just to admire their work.

At the end of each work day, the crew completely cleaned up, washing off the adjacent areas and leaving my yard as if no work had been done that day. "Excellent work ethics and very professional. Obtained initial quote, not the lowest nor the highest price. Father and Son operation, explained the process and made recommendations to achieve best results after site visit. Maintained communication thruout the entire process. Gave estimated time for project ~ 3 weeks and completed on schedule. Also had pool tiles replaced and they took extra time to measure and cut each tile to ensure proper fit and look. Made modifications to our specification without any problems, and made sure we understood why some things had to be done a certain way to avoid future problems. Placed extra rebars to strengthen the concrete, and properly graded to ensure good drainage. Cleaned up as they worked, and completely removed all debris when job was finished. Very happy with results and would hire again if needed."

"This job was to renovate my home in preparation to sell it in early March. It consisted of a kitchen and 3 bathroom upgrade, flooring and lighting fixture replacement, painting and removal of 3 popcorn ceilings. Beginning the second week of January, the entire job was completed within 6 weeks. When first hired, the principal of Palm Construction carefully tuned in to my specific needs and targeted timeframe, offering succinct suggestions respects colors, style and quality of products used. Specialists in each trade worked cohesively with each other, as well as alongside other contractors that I had personally hired separately for windows and pool replaster. Although I had intended to live in the property during the renovation, I quickly realized that my occupancy was impeding progress, so I made the decision to vacate the premises. This was especially important during the removal of popcorn ceilings which contained asbestos. The work moved seamlessly from the removal of kitchen counters, sink, cabinet doors, appliances and flooring to the demolition of 3 bathrooms. Timely mutual decisions were made about fixtures, mirrors, flooring, sinks, vanities, paint and hardware, allowing the job to progress steadily to reach very precise goals. Along the way, it was determined that the air ducts needed replacing and AC would be a welcome addition to the total job. These issues were discussed and explained clearly and quoted at a reasonable cost - so I decided to add the change orders. Although I had never been involved with a home renovation in the past, I was very impressed with the patience and care taken to communicate with me throughout the entire job. I was a demanding customer with an expectation of perfectionism and Palm Construction was up for the challenge. Beyond the scope of the original job, Palm went above and beyond with finishing touches and little extras here and there. They've come back to help me even after completion of the job, when I needed some additional retrofits for my appliance installation, which was not even part of the original job. I know that I can count on Palm Construction to be responsive and willing for anything that may come up in the future. I learned that they are a GC that you can totally trust and rely on. In summary, I am in awe of the completed work. My friends and neighbors are astonished with the transformation of my home. The end product is flawless and most impressive. My realtor has already offered Palm Construction opportunities for other jobs. My neighbors have asked for their contact information to get quotes. I highly recommend Palm Construction for your renovation work, whether it is a large or small job. During the 6 weeks of this job, I got to know the principal, Guy Yaakov, and his team. "While the contractor was late, he did call. My shower valve only put out hot water. In order to fix it, the entire system had to be replaced. It took a long time, but he was able to do the job without destroying the whole shower wall system. In other words, he took apart and soldered pipes in a 6" circular area. That was great. Shower works fine now. 
He is to come back and install electrical boxes in ceilings of two bedrooms along with fans.
