"Excellent plumber. He’s exactly the kind of plumber you hope to find who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely easy to work with. I had a shower cartridge issue that another company (you can find which one in my other reviews) tried to turn into a major, $1500 expensive repair. Long took one look at it, explained clearly what was going on, and never once tried to upsell or overcomplicate things. He told me there was no reason that company should have tried to upsell me like that for a simple job. He was upfront, calm, and confident in a way that immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how straightforward and practical he was. He handled what was described to me as a “difficult” job with no drama, fixed it efficiently, double-checked everything, and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.
