"I called the number and Diego's wife/receptionist was very helpful and told me she would contact Diego to see how soon he could come check my unit. She followed up with me a few times that day and told me he would be out early Saturday morning. Sure enough abt 9:30am Saturday he showed up and was very friendly and professional.
