"The entire project from start to finish was fantastic. Within minutes of requesting a quote I received a text with a time they could be at the house. Rodney called to ask some questions, gave me an estimated price and time. Rodney was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rolando arrived a little early which was great. He figured out what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was within the range mentioned and started working. It took an hour to complete. Rolando went over what was done and why. I was extremely impressed with Rolando, he was courteous, informative and did a great job installing the water heater and bringing everything up to code. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Better Water Heaters again."

"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"Isaac and team were incredible in getting a bunch of updating old and out-of-code plumbing work done on our tricky 100-year-old house. "In and out plumbing is great!  Easy to make an appointment... called at 9pm and scheduled service for the following day.  Plumber Mike was on-time and polite.  After showing him our leaky shower faucet, he provided two quotes- one to replace parts, the second to upgrade the plumbing to today's standards (1955 house).  After a few minutes we opted for the former.  Unfortunately there was a bolt that seemed to be glued in and so the handle stems had to be cutt off (also explains why my husband couldn't unsrew it the evening before).  The replacement were of an old design therefore Mike warned us that it may be difficult to find at a store.  He spend 45 minutes looking for it that day and upon not finding it at open stores, returned at 9am sharp the following morning to pick up the broken part (which he had replaced the night before so that the water could be turned back on for us) and spent about 60 minutes away while at another store.  Luckily he was able to find the part and had the faucet fixed by 11am.  During the entire work Mike was kind, communicative and obviously working hard to successfully complete the job.

Additionally, another plumber, Steve from In and Out Plumbing provided service just a few days prior for another problem... a corroded pipe with a hole was leaking water from our kitchen drain.  Steve was also very polite, communicative about our options for the repair, and was able to replace 2 feet of piping in about 30 minutes. 

In and Out Plumbing has been great on two occasions!  We will definitely use them again if we have any more plumbing issues."

"Lalo and his team did a great job! Aaron came first and I showed him one leak near my water heater and he went directly to Home Depot and immediately fixed that problem- just as a good faith measure. Then Lalo came and the two of them talked with me about what needed to be done with several options. They gave me an estimate and I said yes. Within an hour we had three of his team working on opening up access to the areas that needed work and procuring materials. I tried to keep ahead of them moving furniture and garage stuff out of the way ( they would have done this if I hadn?t been available to do it). While they were here my wife decided she wanted some fixtures replaced and they discovered some other drain leaks and slow drains. He and his team took care of everything and would have done more if requested. Polite and helpful. They tore into the walls and ceiling to get access and they patched up and painted so you wouldn?t know anything had been done. Would I use JVM again? YES"
