"First time they were here. Two young boys showed up. Walked around the house for a little. Claimed they would come back with a video camera to inspect the pipes. That was 3 months ago. THEN they did do a snake in the garage. But, Left all the mess. They didnt not even bother sweeping or wiping anything. The didnt lay anything on the washer for their equipment. So the washer and dryer are scratched up pretty bad. Then when I called to get it rescheduled and handled properly they sent me elsewhere.
