"You can't go wrong working with Chip. He installed a new water softener and my reverse osmosis water filtration system. Chip brought a wonderful young man named Sean to install the softener while Chip installed the Reverse Osmosis system. What a great team they made. Both men very knowledgeable and personable. They job was done very quickly with both men working. They worked together to figure the best way to install the RO system under my sink with plenty of room left to keep my garbage bin and other supplies in easy reach inside the cabinet. What a great experience!"

"Kelly reached out to us after we looked up his company upon HomeAdvisor. It was 11:00 pm and we were so grateful to talk to someone who knew what to do and what we might be facing. He is kind and easy to talk to. I asked him to please come to help us in the morning and he showed up as quickly as possible. We needed our well pump replaced which has been our first major cost while owning our home. Kelly was efficient, funny and diligent. My husband learned a lot from him! He explained everything. From no water at 10:00 pm last night to water less than 24 hours later. We appreciate him! He is no slouch! That 2-star review is crap! All 5 stars all the way! Fix it HomeAdvisor! Thanks again, Kelly! Hire him- he knows what he is doing and does not talk down to you or takes advantage."

"Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy. "
