"Kelly came out for what we thought was a bad pump. Instead of just replacing the pump, he began troubleshooting our water supply system and discovered it was likely an electrical problem. Once that was corrected, he was here the very next day to verify that there were no problems with the pump. While here he replaced a few minor components that were worn down and cleaned up some shoddy workmanship that someone had done previously. His prices were very fair, he arrived on time both days, and most importantly he was honest. Highly recommended! We will be using Safewell Tech in the future for anything related to our well or water treatment."

"Overall a very good company and I would recommend them. We had an AIO system installed to remove hard water and iron (among other things) along with a water softener system. My one complaint would be this. The water filter they installed had a leak. They came and looked at it and just fiddled with it if you will until it stopped. This was covered under their warranty. Six months later when I changed the water filter, the same leak started again and I needed a service call. This time they had to replace the part, not covered under warranty. The service call and parts and labor were not covered under warranty because it was six months after being installed. I would not have known this though until I went to change it for the first time and had an ongoing service call for the same reason with them. I was not impressed with that level of service."

"You can't go wrong working with Chip. He installed a new water softener and my reverse osmosis water filtration system. Chip brought a wonderful young man named Sean to install the softener while Chip installed the Reverse Osmosis system. What a great team they made. Both men very knowledgeable and personable. They job was done very quickly with both men working. They worked together to figure the best way to install the RO system under my sink with plenty of room left to keep my garbage bin and other supplies in easy reach inside the cabinet. What a great experience!"

"If I could give 10 stars I would! We purchased a new home and needed a company to do HVAC maintenance - we go so much more. We have the maintenance contract along with a generation install (which was time sensitive for us) and Simons came thru. They even installed the generator during winter with snow on the ground! We returned home after 4 months and the hot water heater was not working, within 2 days - which much thanks to Honey in the office - we had a new tankless hot water heater. All the technicians are polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Thank you all for the wonderful service - both technicians and office staff!"
