"You can't go wrong working with Chip. He installed a new water softener and my reverse osmosis water filtration system. Chip brought a wonderful young man named Sean to install the softener while Chip installed the Reverse Osmosis system. What a great team they made. Both men very knowledgeable and personable. They job was done very quickly with both men working. They worked together to figure the best way to install the RO system under my sink with plenty of room left to keep my garbage bin and other supplies in easy reach inside the cabinet. What a great experience!"

He is kind and easy to talk to. I asked him to please come to help us in the morning and he showed up as quickly as possible. We needed our well pump replaced which has been our first major cost while owning our home. Kelly was efficient, funny and diligent. My husband learned a lot from him! He explained everything. "Aside from the work being of the highest standard, Dave is an excellent workman. Professional from our first conversation, through to completion of the job. He completed the work in the timeframe he stated, and on budget. He had to install an entire water treatment & purification system (filter, softener, on demand hot water, and RO to the sink) in a 75 year old home. Contending with the existing plumbing was not the easiest task. It was done clean & precise. Dave will not cut corners- I don't think he knows how (Ha!) Most importantly, he was very respectful of our family, pets, and home. If you want the job done right, Dave is worth every dollar spent. Thanks Dave!"

"Simons is the best company we have ever done business with in the North Country. We chose them to install five mini splits for both heating and air conditioning after getting five other quotes. We could not be happier with our decision. From getting the initial quote from John, to Honey and Missy in the office answering all our calls and questions, to Ryan and his partner installing the system on time and as promised — we have never used contractors this professional either in the North Country or in New Jersey! After it was installed and we went back to NJ, and we realized the Wi-Fi was not working. John went to our house first thing the next day, and worked with my husband over the phone to set up the app so we could monitor the temperature from NJ. Three months later, we arrived at our home in NY and it is the first time in 26 years that we were able to raise the temperature the day before we left NJ, and arrived to a warm and comfortable home on Lake George! "Just too expensive for what you get. Feels like a big company nickel and dime move. I get having a trip charge. Which was $109. But then to have the tech who was great btw (not his fault), but was tentative about fixing the problem because of creating more damage. Another $160 for a simple diagnostic charge, again without fixing the problem. I already knew the diagnosis. So he basically did a Band-Aid fix (greased the Knob) and still charged me over $280+ for what equated to be 10 minutes of work. It was ridiculously high for the service provided. Next time I?m going to an independent, local guy. "
