Just so you know, other competitors were selling additional bait and monitoring stations which add another $500-700 up front with ongoing consumables and aforementioned "services" on an ongoing basis. The monitoring stations Dan installed were inexpensive, he installed 4 around the property and they are attractive to termites, so if they are there (they shouldn't be a few months after treatment), you'll know. I appreciate his common sense approach to the problem rather than trying to fleece his customers with solutions that are unnecessary. I have already recommended him to a coworker. Finally, it's nice to support a small local business. "The guy" you hire is the guy that shows up to do the work. If there is an issue, guess who you talk to?...the guy!"
