"My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I have 4 kids, work a full time job & a part time job, and go to school full time. Mike was able to give me a quote over the phone with just a few photos (we knew it needed to be replaced due to where it was leaking from...this was an expected replacement). While other companies were charging $2500-$3000 (a $700 water heater and an hour or two of work) , Mike offered me a very fair quote and saved me a ton of money AND time. Mike was friendly and to the point with the repair. He had an apprentice Eli with him, who was very kind & playful with my toddler. They were in & out in under 2 hours and everything is now working perfectly. We chatted a bit about other small plumbing issues I've had, that I'll definitely hire them for. Thanks for everything!"

"The majority of the time I contacted this company the people answering the phone were very friendly and courteous. On the day of my install, the last person I spoke to was not as nice. Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."

"It went well. The guys who installed the water heater were very professional and answered my questions."

"Gave me all options for repair"

"They responded very quickly and their pricing was very reasonable. I already had them replace a leaking faucet and replace our water heater. Would definitely use them again!"

"The plumber did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. He knows his stuff and is good"

"My tenant's water heater stopped working. I called this company and they came out that same afternoon and installed a new one. The whole process went well and my tenant had hot water right away."

"Tech performed service per protocols. He informed me that the water line to the attached humidifier was brittle and needed to be replaced. This was an expensive repair but I was offered a discount. Per their points inspection, the Tech verified that there was no gas leak from my water heater. The thermostat was not inspected since it is functioning and we are observing COVID recommendations. I was given a five-hour window for the Tech to arrive. This is the longest time frame ever. I assume that the extra COVID procedures are the reason. The Tech was professional and respectful of home COVID measures."

"Service was excellent. Heater/humidifier was inspected. Provided excellent suggestions to maintain heater throughout the year with explanations. Answered all of my questions patiently. Would highly recommend!"
