He performed the furnace cleaning, checked to make sure the furnace was functioning properly and cleaned everything up. The bill was for the exact amount quoted over the phone. "On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."

"J&S provided great service during the installation of my new water heater. The process for hiring was transparent and communicative. I was quoted a very competitive price and they included all the details necessary. They were on-time for the day-off appointment and were able to remove my old heater and install the new one pretty quickly. Also, I'm on the 4th floor with no elevator. So, it was also a physical challenge to complete this job. Great service, would definitely recommend."
