"Replaced water system, was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. They did a wonderful job when they said they would do it. No problems at all."

"John from H2O Solutions was great. He was able to help me find where my water came into the house and was able to successfully install my equipment. He was proficient and polite. Great service!"

"Was the only pro I interviewed who diagnosed the problem differently than the others with very little investigation. His proposed fix would have been complicated and expensive."

"Dave came in and created a new, ADA compliant (for my wife), small bathroom layout that solved a host of issues including a larger shower footprint. After seeing how well the larger shower fit, we decided to continue with all new fixtures, beadboard sheathing, crown molding, new window, and LVP flooring (see attached New Bath pics). No chasing subcontractors, it was all Dave. He also increased the water flow in the kitchen and bathroom by tuning the water pump, implementing a new crawl space plumbing design, and increased the water intake out in the lake. He offered the opportunity of re-locating the hot water heater out of the crawlspace where the old one had rusted and increasing the HW capacity. We couldn’t say yes fast enough. All of this and not one leak! Dave also identified and corrected several issues with our electrical panel when he was installing the water heater and baseboard heat. I don't often write reviews, but we were just so impressed with Dave. We were incredibly happy with his work, but what we were most impressed with was how quickly he responded and followed up with us, how competitively priced he was, and how professional and friendly he was. He listened to what we wanted, he researched requests, made recommendations, and selected quality products for our changes. We made incremental changes after we started that added to the project scope but he always sent us an estimate for those changes via email beforehand so we could formally agree or contact him to discuss any questions or changes that we had. He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to make sure he provides you with what you want. I wish all contractors did business like this!"

"Awesome experience! Consultation for water treatment system was educational with all aspects and processes explained in easy to understand terms. Price and options were openly discussed and very reasonable. Craftmanship is excellent. I will ARK again for all of my plumbing needs."

"Used Angie's message system to send my request with pictures of work area, negotiated a price and settled on a date. Winston and his helper arrived on time and completed job promptly with no complications. I will continue using A Real Plumber as first choice for all my plumbing needs."

"Excellent work, made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time. Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper. The stopper is great. All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude. On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done. Will hire for other work in the future."

"If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would! I cannot thank Al enough for coming out to replace my hot water tank. He is very professional and took the time to explained things to me. The job he took on was not an easy one, Al showed great resourcefulness in finding a solution and I'm very thankful he did not walk away from this challenging job, when I'm certain others would have. Al is the consummate professional as well as being both friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company!"
