"Hats off to Kingdom Air!!! They called me to schedule a time to check my A/C before hot weather. Had an appointment today (5/19) between 1000 and 1200. Got a call it might be between 1400 and 1600 before they could get here because with the storm we had last night they had extra service calls. No problem, my A/C is working. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
