"Louis was prompt and professional. Cleaned both upstairs and downstairs drain lines and checked thermostat of downstairs unit. He was thorough and explained the process he was using. Very pleased with service."

"Excellent company and people. I really appreciate the prompt, professional service that I received on an after hours service call. Very knowledgeable, honest and great prices. Highly recommended."

"Owner called immediately after posting we needed AC repair. He came that day, was very professional and two days later new system was installed. Another company quoted $16,000 and Leading Air and Heat quoted $8375 for same job and same unit as Duran Duran."

"The project went extremely well and I am very satisfied! They arrived at a convenient time in the morning and finished faster than I expected the same day for such a big project. But ALL details were completed above and beyond simply installing the unit with top quality and professionalism provided by Ted, Mike and Anthony and left me very happy with the results! I would recommend their services to anyone looking for the 'best' service and quality in air conditioning and heat installation."

"Perfect! The AC quit on a Friday evening. I called Ellington expecting a recording or answering service, but got a live person. They scheduled a call Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and the Tech showed up on time. Couldn't repair as a part was needed, but said he would look for a temporary fix and returned Sunday morning and fixed it. Ordered the new replacement part on Tuesday and made permanent repair on Thursday. I'm 77 years old and I've never dealt with a more professional company then Cocoa's Ellington Air conditioning service."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Exceptionally good, starting with the first technician who came to repair the old unit. Corey was very professional during the repair and took his time to show me what options I had since the unit was over 20 years and the it was on it's last run. I decided to replace the unit and the crew (Brandon and Trip) show up on time and they were extremely courteous and professional during the installation. They worked extremely hard during very hot weather and were able to finish the whole project and cleanup before 4:00 PM, very impressive. I highly recommend ABC A/C for any of your cooling or heating needs."

"They did a quality installation, and continue to provide great service."

"We're a couple living in a multi-unit condo building and identified possible issues with mold in the air ducts. Our landlord called Best Choice to assess and remedy the situation. Eric and Matt came out and identified what was going on, investigated the likely causes, provided a range of options, and executed exactly what they said they would do. They wound up cleaning the ducts with a sanitizing gas and installing a UV light at the AC intake to prevent future outbreaks. They were always professional, punctual, and all-around considerate. They were clear about environmental factors such as noise and scent, so we knew what to expect at every step. They were very conscientious of the current COVID situation, and, upon request, were always wearing a mask and distancing themselves as best as possible. Before leaving, they provided a clear outlook for what to expect as the dead mold spores exited the ducts. Best Choice came out on 08 June; it's currently 13 June, and exactly what Eric and Matt told us to expect is exactly what happened. They were also explicit on how to safely handle the UV light. The UV light hardware---for which Eric provided a range of options and our landlord went with an upper-end one---was a large percentage of the cost. Otherwise, Best Choice charged on a per-vent basis; we have six vents and one AC intake. Concerning price negotiation and communications to arrange appointments, we cannot comment directly, as we're renting, and the landlord did these things. However, based on how the actual service went for us, we have no concerns if we ever need to contact them directly. If we ever own in Central Florida and have issues with mold or air ducts, we're going with these guys!"

"Ron was out twice to check the A/C leak and was very friendly each time. And he was able to recommend different options of solutions. We decided to have them replace our A/C with a new system. The crew was here on time and didn't leave any mess in or out of the home. Everything is performed well and efficiently right now. Very happy with their services. Will have them maintain my system from now on."
