"These guys are awesome!!!! I woke up at 8am Sunday morning in JULY and my AC WAS OUT! I called three other companies and they either did not answer or I left a message. When I called Metro AC Dewayne answered and told me he could have someone out today, he also explained their emergency call service fee of $150.00 but I totally understood since it was Sunday morning. He took my information and told me a technician would call me within the hour. Larry, the technician called me about 15 min later and said he could be there by 1000am. Dewayne called me back about 45 min later to make sure Larry had called me and set up a time. Larry showed up at around 950. I showed him where the compressor was and that it had been running but the fan had not been spinning. He looked at everything and came in and explained he felt it was only the capacitor but it might be the motor. His plan was the replace capacitor and if that didn't work we would change out the motor. He replaced the capacitor, checked the pressures and temps coming out of AC, changed out my air filter (which he did not have to do) and was done by 1100!! Larry was nice and used shoe covers and was very professional! Metro air conditioning will be my new go to AC and heating repair and maintenance shop!!"

"Mechanical Comfort Systems installed a new heating and air system when my upstairs (where all the bedrooms are located) system went out in the heat of the summer on a Thursday (left for work and it was working... got home and it was 90 degrees upstairs). I had another HVAC contractor out before calling Mechanical Comfort Systems and their proposal was significantly more expensive for a lesser system than I received from Mechanical Comfort Systems (the efficiency of the system was an upgrade from existing, and other company quoted replacement with same efficiency as existing). The system was replaced quickly (on a Saturday), and the installers were great, very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. During the freeze this February, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Mechanical Comfort Systems came out the day after, even though driving conditions were still terrible and all my friends in similar situation were being told it'd be several days to a week before a plumber could come unless they paid some ridiculously expensive emergency fee... I recommended Mechanical Comfort Systems to three other people I knew that also had frozen pipes burst, and they all had them come after fix theirs after I gave them Mechanical Comfort Systems information. I strongly recommend Mechanical Comfort Systems to anyone needing any plumbing or HVAC work. I'll definitely use them again... although I hope not anytime soon ?"

"It went amazingly well. The service people arrived within the reserved time window. They worked quickly, efficiently, and very well. Two rooms that they worked in had floors that had just been refinished. They were careful not to damage the pristine surface. My wife and I were very pleased with the results. I would rate them A+ in all categories if I could. I have one word of advice for anyone hiring them or any electrical contractor. Things can go remarkably well, if you are prepared for them when they arrive. We had the various tasks we wanted them to do laid out in advance. The fixtures we wanted them to install were placed conveniently close to the work sites. We cleared the work sites before they arrived and we had a clear idea of the sequence of things they were to do. With that preparation, they were able to work quickly and efficiently."

"The folks at Air Patrol did a great job with our recent home HVAC replacement.  Shawn, the owner, personally came to the house and gave us several options, explained the features of each unit and helped us make the right choice for us. The install was scheduled promptly and the office verified the appointment and completed a COVID-19 assessment the day before.  On installation day, the team (Ramon, Yorman and Francisco) arrived on time and completed the work the same day.  They respected our house, using both shoe covers and floor covers during the install. After completion, the team gave us a guided tour of the install and a demonstration of the thermostat set up along with all documentation, including approved city permit.  This is the 3rd installation Air Patrol has done for us and we continue to be very satisfied."
