"After having our water heater and gas boiler inspected, we learned that the water heater needed to be replaced and the gas boiler required thousands of dollars in repairs.  I originally contacted Peter Zereski about the water heater and also mentioned the issue with the boiler.  Peter carefully answered all of my questions and then asked if I was interested in a tankless unit that would supply all of the hot water to the house as well as the heat.  I ended up going with the tankless system which, after rebates, costs about the same as buying a new water heater and repairing the boiler.  Not only that but we now have a high efficiency system.  Peter was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and very responsive.  The installation was a major task and he and his team managed to complete it within 3 days.  I am very pleased with how the installation turned out and will definitely use his services in the future

"Called Burke and Sons to replace a ruptured how water heater, they were prompt in getting over but not much else was good. Two very young guys came over and did the work. They were not very professional but the job got done, so I didn't really care. I never really check the area where the heater is, and today I was in that closet and it's a mess. One of the vent pipes seems to have a leak and there is a bit of mold on the floor underneath the tank. The previous tanks in that spot had been there for almost 20 years with no such issues. Also, since it was urgent, no hot water, I didn't get prices which was also a mistake. My neighbor (condo complex) needed a new tank about a month later but got prices before having the work done and paid about 850.00 for the exact same setup that cost me 1150.00. I actually ran into the guy bringing his tank in and I stopped to talk to him and he was amazed at how much I paid, and asked if there was an office where he could leave his card. He figured he woud get a lot of business, being that much cheaper."

"Overall, Bruce went over and above the work provided. He replaced the damaged drain pipe with PVC piping. As for the sewage pipe, he was able to cut out the affected section and replace with like material (cast iron). He cleaned up the area checked plumbing throughout the house and brought up to code where feasible. I would hire Associated Plumbers for future projects in my home. I have already passed on his name to several of my friends and associates. You will not be disappointed with this company."
