"Very professional customer service - communicative on the schedule and what to expect, easy to get ahold of to answer questions. We replaced interior doors with them - the timeline was about 3 months (double other vendors), but we went with WA Energy Services because of the affordable price and professionalism."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a new service panel installed as we have a very old house and were planning for a future remodel but we needed some other work to be completed first. Mike and his crew gave us a good estimate, fit us into their busy schedule, got the job done on time, and were very professional. They answered all our questions, kept the lights off for a minimum amount of time while installing the new service. Mike patched the hole in the roof (while it was raining) where the old service supply came into the house and did a great job. We were happy and would quickly recommend them to anybody looking for a skilled crew of electricians. Only downside is they're busy so be patient.

"They operate on a fixed price basis which they felt gives the customer more assurance. The fixed price comes out of their Pricing Book. If you had one task for them to do that might be a good method. I wanted three things done and two at the same switch box on the wall. They considered this three small jobs and went to the book. I considered it one job. I paid for the service but told the owner that his pricing discourages doing multiple things on a call. I'd rather work on time and materials.

"Wonderfully, just as promised. We consulted a number of heating/ac providers in the Kitsap area for the installation of A/C in our home. We knew from the beginning this might be a little more involved than homes we have owned in the past since our current home is a combination of a small 1934 two story with a walkout basement (bedrooms on the second floor) and a 1970's addition of a larger open family/dining/kitchen space connected to the first floor. We tried to do our research to understand the pros and cons of adding to our central heating furnace which was from the early 1980's or installing separate ductless systems. We met with Greg Rich who was willing to discuss all our options and provided his own feedback of the pros and cons of each system. My husband is a geophysicist and loves talking the numbers, understanding all the details and asking lots of questions. Greg was patient, communicated well, understood the numbers and answered all our questions. Installation began on time was neat and clean and completed as promised. Our system has now been in place for over two months and we have gone through some hot summer days which in the past meant for uncomfortable evenings and too warm overnight bedrooms. The new systems are working well. We chose to replace our furnace and add on an A/C unit for the original home and also purchased a ductless system for the newer space. This was not our least expensive option but we kept our fingers crossed it would do what we were promised. Each system cool their respective spaces quickly with the ductless being silent, which we truly appreciate. We are very happy with our choice. This is the first year our home has been truly comfortable in the almost 3 years we have lived here. We can easily and happily recommend Hood Canal Heating and Cooling for all your heating and cooling needs."
