"og gunk in my pipe, and then proceeded to I was able to get a same day appointment- the technician showed up on time and was very polite. It turns out that I had a stopped up drain pipe, so the water from the air conditioner was backing up and leaking onto the utility closet floor. The technician showed me everything- including the plug in the pipe and explained exactly what had happened. He fixed the problem and suggested ways to keep the issue from occurring again. I was so pleased with the service and responsiveness that I purchased a maintenance program for both of my HVAC units to prevent any future issues. I was offered the maintenance program at a discounted price and was very pleased all the way around.
