"The technician was supposed to be doing a plumbing inspection and draining the water heater. My wife was home; the guy was at my place for a total of 20 minutes and did not say much, then left. I wanted to talk with him about what he saw and some possible things to work on, but he just gave my wife the invoice and left. I am not an expert in any way, but I would think it would take more than 10 minutes to drain and inspect the water heater alone. But I would not know since I was unable to speak with him."

Jose recommended a water heater that exceeded my expectations and has worked expertly since. I also hired Jose to repair a leaking pipe in a bathroom which he did on an emergency basis. He andâ  s his team are scheduled to install a shower in the same bathroom, and to perform the work needed to remodel my kitchen. "I was in need of a repair on an older hot water heater. Ended up making more sense to replace. Expert Plumbing Pro was able to come out Saturday morning and replace and bring everything to code within a few hours. Fast service and fair price. When they were leaving I brought up am issue I had with a hose bib. Thye quoted it and repaired it within 30 minutes. Highly recommend and will use for any plumbing needs moving forward."
