He worked with my attention to details as I chose the AC and heating units that I wanted and, at my request, put every detail in writing. My preventive maintenance window was from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Chris arrived at 10:00 a.m. He set about to check out my A/C system, added R22 (is it still called Freon?) coolant and cleaned my A/C unit. What was also refreshing is that I did not get a hard sell for any additional products, services or systems.  I am a new customer and will be a repeat customer.
