"The team arrived on time to do extensive work on my basement floor and walls and outside underground drainage issues. They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. "Bruce spent over an hour inspecting our interior drainage system, our sump pump, our gutters, and our downspouts; moving our garden hose from place to place in search of a leak; and even playing T-ball with our toddler while waiting for the water from the garden hose to come out of the downspout drain at the curb. He was thorough and honest. In the end, he determined that the small puddle we had seen was most likely due to condensation.
