"When I initially called they were nice enough to tell me if I could wait until tomorrow they wouldn't have to charge me the emergency fee & would save me some money. This trend carried through the service and I much appreciated it. When the plumber (Matt) got there he tried everything he could to clear the line. He tried to not remove the toilet (to save us some $) but the tool he had was too small. He tried the larger tool but it was too big. He informed us that he would have to come back the next day with the medium sized tool.  When he came back the next day he fixed the issue we were having and in addition, looked at some broken plumbing under the bathroom sink.  Matt was friendly, courteous and on-time. Unfortunately I wasn't home when he came either day but he was in contact with me via phone and my dad, who was at the house for us, couldn't stop talking about what a nice guy he was. Hopefully we won't need to, but we would definitely use them again!

He was very thorough and explained everything effectively.  They were very good about being neat and following all the proper procedures for removing mold.  We have a statement that further explains they did remove the mold. As long as we follow through with the process, we will not have any mold in the future. Another think I really liked about the service was the initial phone conversation.  He explained, not just their role in the company but the all other aspects of removing the mold. He stated we need to hire other people to address the other areas that are causing the mold.  He also gave a lot of suggestions of the different types of service providers to call to address the water leak."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."

Tim, the technician, was diligent in trying to get us running until a solution could be found. Unfortunately, our unit is just too old. Solid service and response time.
