The professionalism extended to their administrative staff as well. What was most impressive is they honored their quote despite missing one aspect of the scope of work. I even offered to entertain an adjustment in price but Henry (the owner) would not hear of it. Finally, understand I was a contractor for a significant part of my career. He is very personable and from day one, wanted to ensure the products we chose were the best for the money and not overpriced. He emphasized from the beginning that his #1 concern is a happy customer and ensured that we were satisfied throughout the project. His workers, particularly Scott and Will, were terrific. If I found something that needed correction, it was done immediately. Professionals all the way. I told them upon completion how lucky we felt to have their workmanship on our home. I would have them back in an instant for any future work. Trust me, you will not be disappointed using George Saunders and his team. The only issue we had was getting materials through Home Depot. I will just say we all learned a hard lesson ordering windows via HD. This resulted in a 3 week delay and Mr. Saunders did all he could to expedite the order. HD did not show much customer concern in how they handled our issues."

"Very happy we had Contek repair and remodel our living room. Started with a prompt visit by Corey and a detailed quote shortly after, and we then got on their schedule about 6 weeks later. Job consisted of removing and repairing a large area of the ceiling that was water damaged, removing a 9' picture window and also repairing water damage around that, refinishing that with two smaller double-hung windows, refinishing it all inside and outside, and lastly converting a standard small doored closet into an open mudroom closet. Dan managed the job and was nothing but a complete pleasure to work with. Shawn and crew did the vast majority of the work and were also a pleasure to work with. We did have a few finishing items we weren't initially satisfied with, but I'm only saying this because they made it very clear that they wanted us to be COMPLETELY satisfied, and to tell us of any concerns. "Great! I will have further jobs done by this company. Job was done in a very timely manner. Contractor is great to work with. Price was less than other bidders, but quality of work was exceptional. This contractor totally demolished my bathroom and built me one that was more than I expected. I'm still trying to believe it's my bathroom. There was a slight delay at the beginning of the project, but the project was still completed ahead of time.

"The whole process was detailed and well done. This was in a new home construction and Curt took the time to make sure the vision I had was brought to life. He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. Other then that the we overall are pleased with the work done."
