"When storm damage affected my roof I had called Rhode Island Restoration and they came out right away temporarily patched my roof and did an excellent job of replacing the roof on my home. They also had the entire cost of the job paid for through my insurance, I couldn't be happier of the end result!"

"Steve was the best, amazing service!!!"

"When the provider arrived and viewed the suspected area of the basement, he determined that we did not have mold and no remediation was required. We were very happy with the service and if we ever need work done, we wouldn't hesitate to use this firm.

"My experience went well. The staff was friendly and professional while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others."

"David has expertise to continue forward with our claims for water damage from wind, rain and ice on residential and business properties. He is an excellent resource to handle insurance companies that only see problems as “ not their problems “! He advocates for clients who are consumed with difficult coverage issues. I would recommend him highly."

"Went well. The job was done professionally. Drop cloths were used through the house."

"WOW! I wish I had more for them to do. My first call when I need the service again."

"From the moment I purchased the coupon they were quick and courteous. We had an appointment scheduled the next day for early the next week. They arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and got to work right away. They identified my old dryer vent as being very easy to tear and a fire hazard, so they offered to replace it with a stronger one for an additional $80. That came with a service warranty that included an annual cleaning for $49. Since they completed their work, my average drying time has been cut by 25%-35%. My household probably runs the dryer 8-10 times a week, so this is providing an immediate savings on our monthly electric bill. This coupon was well worth the money and I'm very happy with the level of service provided."

"This company is incredible! First, when I called for an estimate, the owner of the company, Jerry, came out to do it himself. For a fairly decent sized company nowadays, that alone is impressive. He is SUCH a nice guy, and genuinely wants to help you in a fair and honest manner. He gave me a quote which was more than reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done, and had a crew out a few days after. The crew, Lou and Paul, were thorough, hardworking, and thoughtful, letting me know what they were doing and how they were doing it. The results were absolutely amazing. I give my full endorsement to this company. Go with this company for any disaster service... you'll have piece of mind and won't be let down!!"
