"I called Aire Serv Saturday morning, and they promised someone would be there between 1 and 4 that day. Matt arrived around 3pm. Very professional, courteous and competent. Diagnosed and repaired the boiler within an hour, and at my request also did an annual service (doesn't involve very much for a gas-fired boiler, but still worth doing). Since I am new to this house, I had a number of questions about the system for Matt, and he was very willing to answer. No attempt to "upsell" me on other services (although I did ask about annual service contracts, which I elected to buy) and the price of $129 for the repair and cleaning seemed quite fair (no parts were required for the repair). No upcharge for Saturday or for New Year's Eve. A very positive experience - first time I've used Aire Serv (chose them based on Angie's reviews)."

"My heat pump which had been installed 2 years ago by FH Furr suddenly stopped working Sunday afternoon. With the heat warnings in effect, I knew I needed help, FAST! Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"
