"George was super helpful over the phone determining the right water heating solution for our home, was highly communicative and transparent throughout the process, and made quick work of the installation of our electric water heater. Would highly recommend to other folks in Seattle in need of a water heater upgrade!"

"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"Knowledgeable and fast! Had access to the heat pump technology I wanted to install while replacing defunct water heater. Prompt and efficient. Super satisfied!"

"We needed a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, drain kit and faucet installed. We also needed valves replaced We appreciated the customer service and technical expertise provided by Ellis and Ryan. They were very professional and thorough. Three stars for "value for money" only because it seemed very expensive. Maybe due to the addition of replacing some of our PVC lines and valves. But we chose a trusted company because we can't risk water damage."

"We feel very good about the service provided by Twin Water Heater LLC. Austin is a great communicator so we understood what work he would do, the time it would take, the options we had for water tanks, and the pricing. He was efficient and tidy in a confined space. We would definitely call Twin Water Heaters again."

"Landun did hosebibb replacements, main water valve replacement & PRV replacement along with a toilet valve repair previously. All 3 visits, he did an excellent job and gave us a clear ND accurate information along the way."

"Mark was able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the function of the heater and the water leak gauge -- my old one was improperly installed and submerged by water (super helpful. not.) On a follow-up call he even turned me on to a trusted electrician, cuz I need a bathroom ceiling fan installed. Two thumbs up!!"

"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Charles replaced my old hot water heater with an Insta on-demand water heater, and I was very happy with the work. He was professional, clean, and took his time to make sure everything was installed correctly. The finished installation looks great—everything is neat, straight, and well organized. You can tell he takes pride in his work. While he was there, Charles also pointed out a few other plumbing items that could use some attention. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what he saw without trying to pressure me into getting the additional work done right away. He simply let me know what he recommended and left the decision up to me. It’s nice to find someone who does quality work and isn’t constantly trying to upsell you. I had a great experience and will definitely be calling Charles again when I’m ready to have the other plumbing work taken care of. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber."

"BelRed offered a good price for my furnace replacement. They were also able to install quickly - which was much appreciated since I had no heat!"
