"After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. The owner Kameron was great to work with and I can not thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend this crew and will be using them in the future as well!!!"

"Pipepals plumbing was 10 stars! Choice was 4 stars. They were timely in assigning the job but I had to keep an eye in the website as notifications did not get pushed via email as expected. They also wouldn't cover all the work recommended by the plumber. Essentially I had a broken pvc in an outside faucet and they wanted him to reuse the faucet instead of replacing it. So I would have had a 1/2 in pipe with 2 connectors...to an old faucet just to save $30. I paid out of pocket so it's right but really? Again plumber was AWESOME. Showed early and returned next day to confirm leak was fixed and patched the holes."

"Zach was amazing! I called him around 7-8pm and withing 15 minutes he was there to help me. We had some major issues and I told Zach was I was told from previous plumbers and come to find out, the issues I though I had were not what was told to me by others. Zach made sure I understood exactly what the issues were and told me upfront what the cost was. He is an amazing plumber and I will be calling him from now on with my issues. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"They showed up in my neighborhood to perform work for my neighbors. I asked them to look at a couple of my trees. They gave me an estimate and I liked the price. They said they could remove the trees in a couple hours starting the same day. They were in and out in 3 hours counting cleanup.
These guys removed my trees with precision in a rather confined area. I had flower beds, flower pots on my deck, and bird feeders all in a fenced in area. I was skeptical but they dropped every branch exactly where they wanted to. Everything in my yard looks exactly like it did the day before except no dead trees."
