"Flotechs installed a new tankless heating and water system in my home. All while converting the home from oil to natural gas. The job was very large including the removal of a very large and very old furnace. They took care of every detail and were straight forward with pricing which was beyond fair given the size of the job. The entire team was professional and courteous and I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete everything. There was zero stress on my part. The new system is amazing with the hot water on demand and heat in the house works great. Zero issues. And now no large furnace and water tank in the basement has created a ton of extra space for storage. Amazing job by Josh and the entire team at Flotechs. "Called Clog Busters. Chris was out in the field and came to our house within the 1 1/2 hr time frame stated. He assessed the problem. Stated the cost of replacement of sump pump (with the same quality manufacturer) along with the labor cost. After we agreed to the work, he stated that he would be back in 1/2 hr with the replacement pump. And he was! Also replaced part of the discharge pipe. Pump works great! Chris also carted away the old debris! Very professional, clean, prompt and price was very reasonable."

"I am very happy with Mikes Air Conditioning. Here it is JULY and I while in the middle of doing some renovations to my home, I noticed the AC wasn't working the way it should be. I contacted Mike's (fearing the worst) and they sent out a service technician who was able to repair the system for a reasonable cost and buy me some more time before I have to replace the entire system. I had some minor work completed and the freon topped off and now I'm cool and comfy!  Considering all of the expenses with renovating I was very happy to not have a high repair bill. Mikes was efficient, conscientious and professional and they completed the job on time and for a reasonable cost. I recommend them for AC repair as well as installation of new units. When I'm able to replace my system, I'll be calling Mikes Air Conditioning to do the job. Building relationships and getting repeat business should be the goal of any business. I'm glad to see that Mike's takes customer service seriously.

"Except for fact that outside dryer vent cover was damaged (it was 32 years old and starting to crumble), actually cleaning of duct was fine. One caveat, if you need to replace your outside dryer vent cover, DO NOT pay the $60. for company to supply and install new cover. You can get it from Walmart or AMAZON for a fraction of the price ($5.19)!"
