"Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."

Not only did he replace a leaking outdoor water faucet, he discovered that our water pressure regulator (PRV) was defective, which was causing numerous pressure problems with all our appliances, toilets and hot water heater. "I had a technician from AJ Perry who gave me very expensive and ONLY option to fix shower faucet. The sleeve in the shower faucet won't come out because its badly corroded so he said he has to open the wall and replace whatever etc. etc. Worth $2100 to fix!! Thank goodness the receptionist in Rich plumbing called ( i used homeadvisor) and scheduled the visit the next day. The technician came and started to work on it. He cut the sleeve, replaced cartridge w/o a hitch but for the life of him he can't put the faucet back correctly. The faucet opens to very hot water and turns to very cold. It was reversed. He said he hasn't seen anything like this. He had been in the house almost 3 hours so i told him that's okay reversed. We'll just try to live with it. When he left I called their office and asked them to fix this correctly by a different technician because this poor guy really tried and it won't budge. Two techs came the ff. day troubleshoot it immediately and fixed it . I'm happier. Very responsive company, good price, good service from receptionist to techs. I recommend"

"I was very impressed with the service I received. When scheduling the appointment everyone I dealt with was responsive and polite. I had called because our A/C wasn't working and they were able to schedule a technician to come service the unit the next day. The technician (Devin) was very nice and he explained the work he was doing. I had not had the A/C unit serviced for a while (shame on me) so there were several problems. He was able to address them and he also encourage me to get a service contract so we can have the system serviced annual. Overall I was very happy with the work that was done. Thanks!"
