"From the moment I met Mike Marchese I felt at ease. I'm a very decisive woman. I do my research and If you re a contractor by the time I call you I have a prity good idea of what I want. Mike spent about an hour with me walking through my home and listening to me and my ideas. He made suggestions based on not only my want but my needs. He explained everything never one making me feel rushed in the decision. When the day came to install a 4 man crew of John, Kurt, Cody and shane showed up first thing. Mike stopped by shortly after as the crew got under way.They were respectful and kept it as clean as possible. "We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational.
