"I called Ryan for my water heater leaking. He came within the same day, ready to go and replaced it quickly. He provided a great service and affordable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs."

"The only company to even try to make a repair - all the others only wanted to replace my furnace for ridiculous prices."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Michael Paone is a pro who knows what he is doing. Shows up on time and delivers as promised. Had a water heater that needed replacing and Paone Plumbing replaced and installed without a hitch. Highly recommend."

"Shawn was top-notch. We have not done anything to our house unit since we bought our house over 12 years ago. Suddenly, the unit did not work. We were prepared to have to replace the whole system. Shawn found that we only needed a capacitor replacement and that the unit needed regular maintenance. He also checked a few other items and we are quite happy with everything being in working order now. We will be purchasing a maintenance contract with Cotti-Johnson. Thank you !!"

"Emergency answered promptly and made every effort to get a plumber on site to replace the inners of the water tank."

"Ryan was very prompt. He took the extra step of checking with our town water supplier when another contractor told us our town water would be damaging to a tankless water heater. He also adjusted his estimate when we received a lower quote for part of the work we needed done. Thank you, Ryan!"

"My water heater died (leaked) late Wednesday nite. Thursday I called numerous plumbers-left messages, Burke's called back and by Friday afternoon I had a new water heater installed. I am in a mobile home and some plumbers said they don't service mobile homes."

"Service people are excellent in their profession in what they do. Just under 2 1/2 hours they taken the old water tank out and replaced with the new water tank with new copper pipe connections."
