"I am genuinely flabbergasted that this company has so many five star reviews. From the marketing practices to their customer service, my frustration with them was pervasive. The work they did seemed to be fine enough, but it was overpriced (I later discovered) and their communication at several stages was just abysmal. My attempts to have them remedy the shortcomings of their process gained no satisfaction. It also left a really, really bad taste to discover that their signs plastered all over the furnaces and water heaters in the basement of our condo building was not because they had some kind of relationship with the condo *and in most cases had no relationship with the equipment that their signs were on*. Just obnoxious. To top it all off, someone my email address was leaked from their organization which led to it being the target of hacking. How would I know it was them? They were the only company that I had given that particular email address to, Then they had the nerve to ask for a customer testimonial video. As if. Would not do business with them again."

After answering the phone the woman was forward, vulgar and immediately wanted to send out someone to give estimates on my roof as well as the shower. When I tried to explain my roof is 10 years old and I just want an estimate / ballpark of replacement of my existing tub she HUNG UP ON ME. You see a lot of these adds for companies that are known for roofing (chick with the creepy long fingers on TV) trying to make it in windows and batch or vise versa then they try to up sell you on services you don't need. I'm sure my 10 year old roof would have been crap and needed to be replaced. Lol enjoy the bad press."
