"I Called to get an in person quote for a tankless water heater flush and left this job with a whole house filter and a fridge connection. When Michael first arrived we inspected the tankless unit and tested the water to conclude flushing was not my best option. He then walked me through my options for home filters and we decided on a Halo system. Michael was very well educated on the subject and gave me the best value filter for my needs. "The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again.
