"I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen. The job was done really well for an incredibly fair price. I’m super grateful to now have an honest, affordable plumber on my speed dial for any future needs! I highly recommend Ryan. He gave his actual price at the beginning and stuck to it - no hidden costs or surprises. He used quality materials and his workmanship was excellent. "I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future. "

The bathtub was backing up and draining very slow, and when the kitchen faucet was running, dirty water was coming up in through the bathtub drain. The lady I set up the appointment with, sorry I forgot her name, was so kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone. I appreciated receiving a call ahead of time when the plumber was on the way. I appreciated the free inspection and them coming out on a Sunday evening. The price was a bit high but we figured things out. The plumber, Joshua was also so kind and resolved the issue with the drain pipes within a short amount of time."

"They showed up when they said they would, and replaced the outside hose faucet. They had every opportunity to perform work that was not needed, and did not do so. So they were honest. Honest, professional and reasonably priced is a pretty good description of the experience. We'll try them again when the need arises."

"Air duct cleaning went very well. Face bowl faucet not repaired. It was suggested that I buy new parts totaling over$400. I just wanted a stopper replaced and a leak stopped. Not totally satisfied. Furnace tune-up and water heater check is set up for appointment next month."
