Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "

In the process, he ended up taking 5-6 hours for a job that was finished by another plumbing company in 2-3 hours. It was a waste of my money as Village Home Services billed me $560, fixed nothing and broke the valve. Furthermore, their manager/owner asked me for another $2000 for them to come back and repair the damage they created. I got this job done for $800 from another plumbing company based out of Tyngsboro. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VILLAGE SERVICES. "
