Then Shakil and Odin (installers) show up at 9am prompt for a full AC replacement installation (Condenser, Coil, Furnace). Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. "The plumber, Bill was prompt and professional. He was available to do all of the work on the same day as the walk through and estimate. A written estimate was prepared within fifteen minutes of the preliminary inspection. The repairs and replacements took almost all day but it was because it was three different projects throughout the house and he had to get parts. Bill explained exactly what needed to be done for each fixture/ pipe and any options available. The final price was slightly higher than the estimate only because of an unforeseen issue with the fixture manufacturer and it was explained as soon as the problem became apparent to the plumber. Bill was also friendly and wore the appropriate face protection at all times due to the current heath crisis."

The price was exactly what he quoted, the pipe install was very neat and clean and he connected the stove, tested to make sure everything was working as well as check all the existing gas appliances to make sure they were working after turning the gas back on. I will be using Vince going forward for all of my plumbing needs!"
