"We hired Air-Tech to replace all the old ductwork in our home and install a new furnace and A/C unit. They did a great job. Alex Fish was extremely responsive to all of our questions, from start to finish. He was great at explaining all of the options, and the pro's and con's of each, before we signed up. He also stopped by several times during the installation, which lasted 4-5 days. The two technicians who did the work were extremely professional, tidy, polite, etc. They wore face masks at all times and even took a long break one day when we asked them to because we needed silence for an important Zoom meeting. All in all, Air-Tech is a highly professional outfit. While it's only been a few weeks since the installation, everything is working as it should and we are very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended!"

"Cal Climate Corp had been keeping my very old ac system alive for the past 3 years at a reasonable price and with excellent service. Bob and Tom are honest and conscientious so when the time came to replace the entire ac system, I was happy that they were available to do the work...particularly in the midst of another sweltering Southern California summer. The quoted price was much less than I anticipated, the work was completed in one day, and I was perfectly comfortable leaving them to do the work unattended. They covered the floors, moved and covered the furniture and made sure before they left that I fully understood how to use the remote and operate the equipment. "We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."
