Their mold remediation team tested my home and found several areas of mold, they identified the specific types of mold, and they made recommendations for remediation. Over 3 days, they successfully cleaned the mold off surfaces, replaced any wood that could not be cleaned, and sanitized the entire house. They also made recommendations for ways to keep mold from forming again. Throughout this all, the company was very professional and reliable - they showed up when expected, returned calls and texts promptly, thoroughly explained the mold tests and procedures, and they were very respectful of my home and possessions while doing the remediation. I also appreciated that they never pressured me into agreeing to a procedure I didnâ t want. It has been 3 months since the mold remediation and my house shows no signs of mold odors. "Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."
