"Steve with Maverick Water Heaters came out to my home several times to try and repair my very old (obsolete) tankless water heater. He was very friendly and professional and did everything possible to try and repair the heater before recommending a replacement. Once it was determined that a new heater was needed, he ordered it and then came to my home immediately to do the installation once the heater was available. He completed the job in a timely manner and we were very happy with his service."

"We are very pleased to have found Steve and his cute pup Sam. Steve was very knowledgeable and had a very nice, trustworthy demeanor. He went over our options to either repair or replace our water heater. Clearly stating the pros and cons of both choices. "The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

This company actually has answered all my phone calls or has phoned me right back. The person answering the phone has great communication skills and is professional and nice. Plumbers Justin and Vlad are both terrific, prompt, and professional. I really like that the company texts with updates.
