"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. "Shai was very friendly and gave us the best price. His team worked on installation in a day and everything was functioning smoothly thereafter. We did have a concern about pipe placement and when I texted him about it, he answered right away and ensured he'd remediate the issue. He was always available by phone, text and email for scheduling. The pipe was moved with condenser. Everything looks good. Thank you!"

"Service tech was outstanding. I felt it took to long for them to get back to me after I made a request on line. Very expensive. I could have purchased exact same parts online for $60, they charged me $525 plus the service call."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Joe responded to my online "request for quote" within an hour of me posting it. He offered to come the next morning and arrived exactly on time. He assessed within 10 minutes that a capacitor in one of our units had blown, probably due to a line surge from a lightning storm, and had a replacement capacitor in his truck. The capacitor was replaced and the repair completed in 30 minutes. He then a quick review of our entire system to assess its overall health. My experience with Joe was so good that I have asked him to send me a service contract to maintain my AC system going forward."
